Clenbuterol tablets comprise clenbuterol hydrochloride as the active ingredient. This medication exhibits rapid bronchodilator effects, effectively relaxing bronchial smooth muscles, alleviating hoarseness, and facilitating easier breathing. Its application includes the treatment of bronchitis accompanied by bronchial obstructive syndrome, as well as the prevention and alleviation of bronchospasm in conditions like bronchial asthma and various other pulmonary diseases.

Contraindications:

• An allergy (hypersensitivity) to the clenbuterol or any other component of this drug.
• Thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid function).
• The first and third semester of pregnancy.
• Lactation period.
• Age under 18 years old.
• Tachyarrhythmia.
• Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
• Ischemic heart disease.
• Myocardial infarction (acute period).
• Angle-closure glaucoma.
• Pheochromocytoma.

Dosage and side effects

Clenbuterol is administered orally, with the film-coated tablets intended to be swallowed whole alongside a glass of water. It's important not to split, crush, or chew the tablets.

The recommended dosage is 20 mcg taken twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. The maintenance dose is 10 mcg administered twice a day.

For more severe conditions, an initial dosage of 40 mcg is given twice a day in the first days of treatment. As the condition improves, the doses are gradually decreased.
